Check-in...

So, I'm supposed to have all these measurements and great progress to share with you!

But alas, I don't...

My weight has jumped up 3lbs since last week! (I think it may be due to my first period since the baby).

And because I saw that dreaded 193.6 on the scale this morning (while I was naked...so no clothes to blame it on), I've now downed 2 pops and a candybar here at work!!! What the heck is wrong with me!?

I was doing so well...I even had a salad with cottage cheese for lunch today...

But then I got the munchies...

How do I defeat the munchies without visiting the vending machine!? I packed a bagel...ate it...didn't help. I have gum...now chewing my second piece...hasn't helped...

Oi, I'm scared to step on the scale again for another week!!!!

Promise to myself: I will do better....
