Today, we got officially (and I mean officially because the money was put on the card) approved for food assistance! Seriously, it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders.
I've always wondered what it would be like to have a fully stocked kitchen...one that I could actually try recipes on a whim with...
I guess maybe I'll know now!!! Maybe I won't feel like a tub of lard at the end of the day because I've eaten dollar store cookies, frozen pizza, and ramen noodles all day....maybe I'll actually know what it's like to have a complete meal...
*sigh*
Just call me Martha...maybe...(give me a few months to figure out how to cook first)
