Food Obsessions...

I like to eat...

Nah, I LOVE to eat...

But somewhere in my body, it hates to burn what I eat...

What do I do about this?!

Well, nothing right now...but I'm thinking that I should really get on it! Start calculating input and output...get things evened out..

How???

It's free and wonderful. It will tell you how many calories to eat every day to have a healthy rate of loss. And then you can use it to track your food.
